Citation Generators
  • What are citation generators? Online tools which facilitate the creation of works cited pages. In most cases, students input the data about the resources, and the applications format the output according to guidelines and standards, such as the MLA Style Manual.
  • Bib Me(Revolutionary, because it will give you the citations of books when students input only their titles!)
  • Knight Cite
  • Son of Citation Machine
  • NoodleBib

Blabberize! A fun way to give voice to an image. Blabberize works similar to a Voki but instead of creating an avatar, students find an image they want to use and give it a voice. It is a free online service. Once created, you can share these as widgets or links on your wiki, blog, profile and email messages. I have attached instructions if you would like to try creating one yourself. Go to
